Sign in at shop.massonltd.com
💡Enter your email and password, then click Log In. New customer? Click Register to request access.

Shop by brand
Select a brand to start browsing
💡Click Our Brands in the top menu, or select a brand directly from the homepage grid. Each brand has its own full catalogue.

Browse & filter products
Narrow down by format, collection or keyword
💡Use the Format and Collection filters on the left to find products quickly. You can also search by keyword or item number. Add products directly to your cart from this page, or click a product for full details. Use the page numbers at the bottom to browse more products.

Adding a product
What happens after clicking Add to Cart
💡A confirmation popup appears. Click Continue Shopping to keep browsing, or View Cart to go to your cart. You can also access your cart anytime via My Cart in the top menu.

Product details
View full details and add to cart
💡Click any product to see full details. Adjust the quantity with − / +, then click Add to Cart. You can also add directly from the catalogue page without opening the product.

View cart & Product Allocation
Review your order and earn allocation
💡Click My Cart in the top menu to review your order. When purchasing Retail products (except Acure), you automatically earn an allocation to spend on complementary products — you will see this highlighted banner in your cart. Click Spend my Allocation dollars to select your complementary products.

Complementary Products
Browse and select your complementary products
💡After clicking Spend my Allocation dollars, you are taken to a reduced catalogue filtered by the brand you purchased. If you have earned allocation for more than one brand, use the Brand filter on the left to switch between brands and select products for each one.

Place your order
Confirm and submit your order
💡Confirm your billing address, add a Purchase Order number if needed, check both boxes and click Place Order. You will receive a confirmation email.

My Account
View your order history
💡Click My Account at the top right to view your order history under My Orders. If you need to update your store information, please contact customer service.

Magasiner par marque
Sélectionnez une marque pour commencer
💡Cliquez sur Nos marques dans le menu, ou sélectionnez une marque directement sur la page d'accueil. Chaque marque a son propre catalogue complet.

Parcourir et filtrer
Affinez par format, collection ou mot-clé
💡Utilisez les filtres Format et Collection à gauche pour trouver rapidement vos produits. Vous pouvez aussi chercher par mot-clé ou numéro d'article. Ajoutez des produits au panier directement depuis cette page, ou cliquez sur un produit pour voir tous les détails. Utilisez les numéros de page en bas pour voir plus de produits.

Ajouter un produit
Ce qui se passe après avoir cliqué Ajouter au panier
💡Une fenêtre de confirmation apparaît. Cliquez sur Continuer mes achats pour continuer à magasiner, ou sur Voir le panier pour aller à votre panier. Vous pouvez aussi accéder au panier en tout temps via Mon panier dans le menu en haut.

Détails du produit
Consultez les détails et ajoutez au panier
💡Cliquez sur un produit pour voir tous les détails. Ajustez la quantité avec − / +, puis cliquez sur Ajouter au panier. Vous pouvez aussi ajouter directement depuis le catalogue sans ouvrir le produit.

Panier & Allocation de produits
Vérifiez votre commande et gagnez une allocation
💡Cliquez sur Mon panier dans le menu pour consulter votre commande. En achetant des produits Retail (sauf Acure), vous gagnez automatiquement une allocation à dépenser sur des produits complémentaires — cette bannière apparaît dans votre panier. Cliquez sur Dépensez mes dollars d'allocation pour sélectionner vos produits complémentaires.

Produits complémentaires
Parcourez et sélectionnez vos produits complémentaires
💡Après avoir cliqué sur Dépensez mes dollars d'allocation, vous accédez à un catalogue réduit filtré par la marque que vous avez achetée. Si vous avez gagné une allocation pour plus d'une marque, utilisez le filtre Marque à gauche pour changer de marque et sélectionner les produits de chacune.

Passer votre commande
Confirmez et soumettez votre commande
💡Confirmez votre adresse de facturation, ajoutez un numéro de bon de commande si nécessaire, cochez les deux cases et cliquez sur Passez la commande. Vous recevrez un courriel de confirmation.

Mon compte
Consultez votre historique de commandes
💡Cliquez sur Mon compte en haut à droite pour consulter votre historique de commandes dans Mes commandes. Pour toute modification de vos informations, veuillez contacter le service à la clientèle.
